Outdoorsmen and Women dinner and raffle Oct. 18
On Friday, Oct. 18 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Boothbay, there will be an Outdoorsmen and Women dinner and raffle, with special presentations by Bill Livezey, Maine’s longest undercover game warden, and Justin Fowlie, local game warden.
There will be a dinner of wild-game recipes and a raffle for a 300 Weatheryby Magnum first prize and 2nd prize will be 12 gauge Mossberg Maverick. The cost is $30 a ticket, you must be present for the dinner and the raffle to win. One hundred percent of all ticket sales will go directly to the Boothbay Region Fish and Game Association's Clayton Dodge Life Skills Award and The Travis Mills Foundation. Tickets are available at D. C. Arms Gun Shop, 964 Wiscasset Road, Boothbay and available at the American Legion Hall door at 5 p.m.
